Notification No: RBI Notification No G S R 715(E)
In the Notification No. FEMA- 100/2003 -RB dated October 3, 2003 of Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control Department, Central Office published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G. S. R. 835(E) dated October 23, 2003, the following shall be added at the end :

S.R 158(E) dated 2 March, 2001, No. G.S.R 175(E) dated 13 March, 2001, No. G. SR. 182(E) dated 14 March, 2001, No. G.S.R 4(E) dated 1 January, 2002, No. G.S.R 574(E) dated 19 August, 2002, No. G.S.R. 223(E) dated 18 March, 2003, No. G.S.R 225(E) dated 18 March, 2003, and No. G.S.R 558(E) dated 22 July, 2003.
That as rectified and modified as aforesaid, the Principal Regulations shall remain in full force and effect.
